The Apartments

The name of this apartment (Accordion) is a tribute to Tonino - the founder of the building - who was very fond of this instrument which made him famous in all the clubs of Elba.

Very spacious apartment (70 square meters) on two floors. On the ground floor there are kitchen, bathroom, dining room and living room. The living room has a sofa bed and a single bed. On the first floor there is a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom and a terrace with sea view. In front of the apartment there is a terrace with a big table and chairs.

The island of Montecristo - famous because of the book by Alexandre Dumas "The Count of Montecristo " - is a small volcano-shaped island , which is located in front of our apartments and when the sky is clear it almost seems that you can touch it....

The Sand Lily (Giglio Bianco) is the symbol of the dunes of Lacona and in our garden there are plenty!

Apartment of about 30 square meters composed of a bedroom with double bed, bathroom, living room with kitchen area and a bunk bed in a niche. In front of the apartment there is a gazebo with table and chairs.

The "Violaciocca" is a plant with purple flowers present in our garden.

Detached house of about 35 sqm with kitchen / living room, bathroom, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds. Outside there are two covered terraces, one in front of the entrance and the other, very broad, accessible from the living room and equipped with table and chairs.

An ancient legend tells about a castle, named Meloa, built on Lacona hills by a group of people escaping from the Trojan War. 

Solana is the name of an area located in the hills of Lacona where, before diffusion of tourism, were cultivated wheat and other cereals
